Feel Sexier Naked!
If you are like most women, it’s hard to feel sexier naked than not. We all have our body hang up or two. You may be bothered by those few extra pounds, pesky cellulite, A cup breast, or any other real or imagined imperfections. Whatever the reasons feeling sexier naked can be quite a challenge for most women. If you are anything like me, I realize that it is silly to obsess about my perceived imperfections, but do so none the less. My boyfriend cringes at the fact that he cannot come in the bathroom unless I have a towel around me. He is quick to point out they are my own unnecessary insecurities and that in his eyes I am sexy. But it is a hard habit to break.
The Real Problem With Not Feeling Sexier Naked!
Here is the real problem with the insecure way we look at ourselves. INSECURITIES can get in the way of enjoying ourselves in the bedroom. Luckily, learning to love the body you have has more to do with our mental attitude than our actual reflection in the mirror. Let’s go over how to get an “I’m hot” mindset.
Talk Up the Good Stuff!
You know the drill, you will say “man I have no butt”, or my favorite “I look so fat”. Your friends will swear up and down that you look great just the way you are. It feels good to be reassured and propped up by our friends. But let’s think about propping ourselves up by learning ways to be our own support system. Make a deal with yourself that every time you think something bad about your body, you wipe it out with a strong positive statement. “My thighs are so huge”, wipe it out with a strong positive statement you say to yourself (out loud). You could say something like “My thighs feel so good when they are wrapped around my man”. Reflect on how much pleasure your beautiful body brings you. I look at this as mini pep talks I have with myself. Your goal is to feel sexier naked.

Work It When You Walk!
A confident strut will skyrocket your body image and sex appeal. Consider Jennifer Lopez and her hard to miss tush. But everywhere you see her she exhumes confidence, on videos, onstage etc. She has convinced herself and everyone around her that she has the best butt in the world. Practice your own sexy strut until it becomes second nature. “Allow your torso to release up and away from your hip joints so your legs can move freely beneath you. We assume that guys are super critical of our bodies. WRONG! Men may salivate over some girl’s perfect belly or breast on TV, but in real life, they don’t dissect our bits and pieces as much as we think they do. Remember, If a guy wants to go to bed with you, then rest assured, he already finds you sexy. He finds you sexy so start believing it yourself.
